UPDATE: DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!!! As of Oct 15, 2025 this place is under new management and they are the absolute worst! I will never return after the way I was treated last week, and I come to Windsor every week for 3 nights each week for work. They fired all the great staff and now have staff that watch you struggle to get in the door with your bags, laugh in your face when you call them out for price gouging and do nothing when the people in the room next to you are partying at all hours of the night. I’ve been coming to this hotel 1-2 times a year for the last couple of years, and what always kept us coming back wasn’t the rooms or the breakfast — it was the amazing staff. The customer service and friendly faces made us feel welcome and valued every time we visited. Unfortunately, that warmth and hospitality seem to be gone. Never checked in!! They don’t support local!!!
The room we checked into was dirty and not well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant from the time we checked in, to when we left. It seems training was skipped for the front desk staff, and the cleaning staff. The cleaning staff downstairs was loud, and rude, talking and shouting in the hallways. Cristina, (based off her name tag) knocked on our door around 9:30, which was well before check out time. When I said we would be there until 11, she was visibly annoyed.
