Newly renovated and very clean family owned hotel. Service was excellent and welcoming. We had a small problem with the microwave that was dealt with quickly. Recommend staying in this cost effective hotel.

Nick and Hannah are the best example of how hospitality is supposed to be done. Welcoming and kind from the very first moment we met. Always trying to make sure that your stay with them is nothing less than perfect. Very accommodating! When an issue is brought to their attention, They don't put it on the back burner, they attend to it right away. We stayed here because it is a lovely hotel. Nice, safe city of Windsor. Not too far from surrounding cities of Loveland and Fort Collins with all they have to offer as well. A little over an hour from the beautiful Rocky Mt. Nat. Park. Rooms and baths are newly remodeled with clean floors, bathrooms and hot water.
