Said we was doing drugs in hotel. Cops came and searched found zero drugs. Found old tools behind dresser and they left. The hotel then gives us the wrong room and kicks us out at 2 am. It's 2 am and they won't let me get my wallet or anything until 7 am when this room was paid for. Me and my little girl are sitting in the car wash in middle of the night trying to stay warm God I hope nobody has to go thru this.
Staff is friends and helpful. Parking great and access to our room from the parking lot was perfect and the staff letting us know this was great. My only complaint is the signage on the hotel isn't really visible so made it difficult to find the first time we got there.
Alina at the front desk was fantastic. Sure has been extremely helpful during my entire stay. She deserves a raise or management position for sure. She's an asset to super 8 and the hotel chain. Thank you
Nice enough place however the owner who lives on site and the GM are not so professional. Had a nice long stay spent over two grand but when it came time to check out and had an asthma attack help was nowhere to be found except for the maid service whom felt it was necessary to stand tapping her watch with an irritated expression instead of offering a hand.
