I Was Going to Let It Go — But This Was Too Much I usually don’t leave reviews, and I was honestly going to disregard the condition of the room. But being charged $20 for a towel that got dirty from normal use was the last straw. Meanwhile, the room had a hole in the sheets, dirty carpet, no hot water, and the door didn’t even seal properly when locked. On top of that, the area was very noisy, making it impossible to rest. I've now stayed at this location twice. Check in was so friendly both times and they went out of their way to accommodate me. The rooms are clean and the king size bed has 4 pillows. There is a pool and an ice machine that are protected and need the use of your rooms key card. I only had one issue during my second stay. I got the last room downstairs that they had, (I had not reserved a room) as I cannot climb stairs, and the mattress felt like it might be time to replace it.
