Super 8 CANCELLED my reservations on Labor Day holiday weekend. I received a cancellation email at 6:30PM on my 5hr drive before I had a chance to check in. When I saw the email, I called and they offered no solution nor cared to listen to any of my responses - “morning shift did it and I can’t do anything about it” was their response. Never again with this chain.
Room was clean smelled good when we arrived. Check in was easy and quick. Nice front desk lady. Gas station is right in front, it’s a busy area but we didn’t mind. Didn’t use the pool or had breakfast. We would stay here again (racetrack visitor). Very close to the track like 15 min without traffic.
This is a great location. They have charging for EV cars and a gas station right there. Check in was a breeze staff extremely helpful. Freeway is close by which is nice ans convenient. Bed was firm ans pillows way too hard. Room clean with microwave and refrigerator. Room and property clean
