Worst customer service I have ever received! Not accommodating at all! Pass this hotel!
Me decepcionó terriblemente. Traje a mis papás de paseo y los hospedé en este hotel, pensando que estarían bien. Pero entraron en la habitación de ellos y les robaron dinero y ropa. El gerente del lugar no estaba presente (Andy Patel) y nadie se hizo responsable en el momento. Tuvimos que notificar a la policía para que atendieran el caso. We had a hot water issue w the first room we were in but they were more than happy to switch us rooms. Good customer service.
