The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Parking was ok. Service was friendly and polite even at 2 am. Rate was good. But the beds were awful. It really felt like there was only a tiny mattress pad on a box spring. I'm all for firm, but these beds were really hard. It will do in a pinch, but anything less than that and I'd recommend you keep driving.
I rate Super 8 in Rolla A 10 out of 10. Leo, the front desk clerk is extremely friendly and accommodating. I was able to get checked in right away after a 10 Hour Drive on the road I was cold, exhausted, and ready to relax. I requested a first floor. He was able to find me a room when I came in the first words out of my mouth was wow the room was so comfortable. It had the heat on already. Everything was clean. The bed is super comfortable. Got bed bugs
This is the most DISGUSTING hotel I've had ever stayed at. Checked in about 8:30 p.m. Got in my room, had my dinner, few beers, watched a little NBA. But then...when I got ready to turn down the bed....AGGGH!!! The sheets had hair on them. Then I checked the pillows...ALL 4 pillows even had hair on them! Now, I'm a OTR truck driver & ALL I WANT WAS A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP!!! I COULDN'T EVEN GET THAT!!! The gentleman working the front desk ask if I want a different room.
