Room had a mold and musty smell. Carpet had a sticky feel to it. Quite obvious cleaning staff needs additional training. Also missing chair and ottoman. The staff informed me that they had been removed because they were falling apart and were awaiting new furniture for a future remodel. Tub/shower floor was slick and could have been cleaned better. Daniel, who is apparently the manager of this location, has a major attitude problem. He came off as very rude and dismissive during check-in and didn't seem to understand the process. We booked 3rd party but he needed to process a card and none of our cards were being accepted. We thought it may have been because we were out of state but the bank confirmed they hadn't blocked any payments. It turns out he was just doing it wrong for 3rd party booking. The price was jacked at the later date of reservation. The place is dirty and smelly. There were bugs in the shower. The bathroom floor was black. The TV remote was made into the bed. I found it with my feet.

I had a great stay here. Staff was super friendly. We often have issues with our receipts because we are tax exempt and need special rates for our company when we stay, but I had no issues whatsoever. The fridge probably needs updated because it wasn't very cold.
