Desk staff was amazing. Helped in a less than ideal situation. Housekeeping was spot on. Now my first choice when traveling to that area.
Staff are friendly, good location, but our bed had BED BUGS!!! Sheets did not look fresh, and we were eaten alive with numerous bites all over. We were able to switch rooms and were refunded 2/3 nights we stayed there, but left with over 20 BITES!!!
If you get top floor you will have a good stay. If not you're taking a chance. We were on the first floor and we could hear every step from the room above us. I asked if I can change to a room on the first floor and was told that I would have to pay the full price of a room to be able to change. Did not want to do that hoping it would be quiet during night but I ended up being woken up several time through out the night due to noise from above.
