Mold, noise, and disappointment. Bathroom had visible mold — not a little, a lot. Zero soundproofing: every step from the room above felt like a ceiling collapse drill. Plaster literally fell. Breakfast? Barely edible. And the pool? My kids refused to swim, said it looked “alive.” Never again.
Good location rooms functional value for money nothing special but a clean place to sleep
We didn't have wifi for more than 24 hours and power went out for 8 hrs, lost lot of work time
Room was okay, other than we were given a room directly over a ballroom with a grad party going on. Were told that the hotel noise policy came into effect at 9pm, but music kept going loudly until 11pm. Wouldn't have minded so much if we were given a different room when questioning at check-in. Mattresses were very old and worn out.
