So this place would have gotten all 5 stars until we woke up this morning and found bugs in our bathroom and on the desk by the tv. I saw a bug on the floor in bathroom walking google lensed it and it said it was an earwig...killed it and thought nothing of it . Grabbed a towel and one was on it as well. Also there was another under the sink and near the base of the tub. I went out to tell my wife and there was one walking along the desk under the TV that looked slightly different. Hotel was clean and quiet, room likewise. Plenty of parking, free breakfast although we chose to eat at Denny's next plaza over. Davis at the front desk seemed nice, even though a bunch of folks were checking in simultaneously. Would definitely stay here again.
They have comfortable beds and good water pressure.
Came Saturday booked a room, got there and it smelled horrible and the room was dirty and unpleasant to say the least, there was someone’s shoes left in there from before, I told them I was checking out and then asked for a refund to be denied. Now I’m out 207 dollars for a hotel I didn’t stay at cause. Thanks for taking my money and the horrible service.
The morning staff whom I believe is the owner was very rude to me. Watched to see what I was getting for breakfast and when I went to say they needed syrup he sho sho me away. That was unacceptable. Then he never came to check to see what I said or to verify if help was needed. I paid my money to stay there should have not been treated such way. Then at midnight someone was in the breakfast area I’m guessing setting up and I couldn’t sleep. Very unconsidered of guest. I was in town for work and never will return again.
