Rooms are clean and spacious. Service is awesome. Just be carefull you HAVE to check out to get your deposit back. Its not automatic. Location fabulous . Parking is amazing.
I found that the rooms were decently cleaned and the room also had a bath tub which was a huge plus considering some hotels are now getting rid of their bath tubs and only offering showers instead. The TV did function a bit strangely but staff came and set it up no problem which we were quite grateful for. It is unfortunate that this building had no elevator though so we were forced to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs and it was very inconvenient considering that we are now living in the 21st century and that this is... read more
Clean decent hotel. A little far from many central activities in North Bay, but close to quiet beaches and excellent restaurants. Some aspects are updated and lovely, while others are dated and worn. No elevator, so if you have mobility issues make sure you book a ground floor room.
The staff at this hotel were amazing. Very helpful and kind and always pleasant. They definitely did everything they could to make our stay there as nice as it could possibly be!
