Rooms were very clean and breakfast was good with biscuits/gravy and waffles (along with other grab and go items). Nixa is a good safe area to stay in about 10 miles south of Springfield, with updated roads to get you there quick. Staff also was very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again, next time we are in the area.

We have been coming to Nixa and using Super 8 for about 17 years. That in itself should speak volumes to the success of your hotel! Thanks again for all the accommodating and excellent service!
The rooms are clean but it is an old building. If you are super critical maybe just stay somewhere else. For thw price I thought it was great. Staff is very nice. It is conveniently located. No bugs love that. The only reason it doesnt get 5 stars from me is the building is old and when the room was warn it had an odor. Also the breakfast was kinda lame. Every morning was the same thing. The biscuits were hard. BUT there is an icecream stpre across the street with cheap biscuits and gray. Over all we enjoyed our stay.
