This is a great hotel, especially with its location. The room itself could use some love, but the service and staff were friendly and welcoming. The handsome, cute man who checked me in was really helpful, making the process quick, easy, and painless. That man also gave me all the information I needed about the area and was very patient with all my questions at check-in. I wish I had asked for his name. Very satisfied with our stay we stayed here 2 times and both times were amazing. The rooms are huge and clean very comfortable beds and you couldn't ask for better staff they were so accommodating and friendly and the pool was nice size and temperature and the locating is great right by the Falls. Definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting a nice big place with friendly staff
My husband and I visit this hotel multiple times a year, we feel like family. Great location. They always treat us great, extremely attentive if we need anything and super friendly. Hoping to get back around Christmas time!
