Booked a room here drove over 3 hours to get there just for the oldder man working the desk to tell me my room was not available they over booked my room and could not accommodate me or refund me and I would half to leave the property. Waist an entire day driving and out 100$ book anywhere else
This hotel over books their rooms!! We traveled 4 hours just to be told "sorry we had to cancel your stay, the other people in the room decided to stay" absolutely RIDICULOUS and so unprofessional!!! We couldn't even get another room close and had to drive 4 HOURS BACK HOME BECAUSE OF THIS HOTEL. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!! and the guy that was at the front desk thought he could just threaten the cops when all we wanted was a refund THAT HE REFUSED until we called booking!! If you have to check out early, the owner will refuse to refund and keep your money. I had to change locations due to my job so I had to check out 3 days early. I let the front desk know, this is a very typical thing that happens so it shouldn’t have been an issue. Very rude and disrespectful to deal with after speaking to him personally. Very nice staff! Clean, quiet and good price.
This is a typical super 8. It was clean the staff was really friendly. However, there's not a lot of frills, it comes across like a trucker's hotel not really a family hotel.
