took the room over the phone and when we went in to the lobby I told the cashier my name and he pulled it up on the computer and all I had to do was sign the form for the room and he gave us the keys, just told him we were going and turned in the keys and see you later and that was it.
My room was very clean and the bed very comfortable the staff was very nice and helpful I will be a return customer.
