My husband made a reservation for a week's stay and received my confirmation with the total cost of my stay. Upon checkout, they increased his bill due to "occupancy". Doesn't seem right that he agreed to an amount, and they feel they have the right to change certain days' rates. I went through 2 rooms before finally being okay with the 3rd. Now I'm giving them a break because they are clearly going through a remodel. The final room i got was a newly renovated room and I was told that I was the first person to stay in this room and I believe it. The biggest issue i have is that the remodeling is a waste if housekeeping details are overlooked. It probably cost $1500 to remodel this room but details like changing the mattress protector, cleanig the AC filters, scrubbing the bathroom grout, or replacing... read more
took the room over the phone and when we went in to the lobby I told the cashier my name and he pulled it up on the computer and all I had to do was sign the form for the room and he gave us the keys, just told him we were going and turned in the keys and see you later and that was it.
