Rooms not clean, rugs filthy, shower curtain slashed... Breakfast minimal, locked out of room.
We've stayed at the Council Bluffs location for a long time. Definitely recommend it to others. They are great with customers and provide me with what I need. Currently still staying there it would stay there long term!
