Hotel says it's a non smoking hotel, however, people are definitely smoking in the rooms. On our chair in the room there were burn holes in it and then in the bathroom when you turn the fan on it just smells of cigarettes. There's stains on the floor and ceiling. You definitely get what you pay for though. Staff asked us twice if we checked out yet even though we had 2 days left of our stay. Breakfast was fine. Hallways smelled weird.

The room was clean and serviceable. The space itself needed cosmetic work and it looked like a possible upstairs leak needed attention, but for a single nights stay, it was fine. Our original room key lock had a problem, but the desk employee was a professional and just set us up in another room a couple doors down.

I wasn't expecting much. Bare bones hotel- no luggage rack or coffee maker in rooms. Breakfast all cold except waffle maker. Pillows and bed were ok. Not super clean but not filthy either. Rooms seemed recently repainted. The outside is another story. I've never seen so much trash at a hotel, including cigarette butts and broken glass. If they charge almost as much for two dogs a night as the entire room cost, they should provide a clean and safe place to walk them. For this reason, I nearly gave them 2 stars.
