am almost a platinum member @Wyndham, qualified travel advisor whose taken their courses, booked it @ a discounted rate but refused to honor it and charged me full price. could not use my travel agent rate after having to pass an "exam" on wyndham needed 1 night comped bc someone stole my money out my car & even with all the points i have they either hung up on me, told me basically "idk what to tell u" or just no sorry. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. For the cost of the room, they could definitely do some renovations. The smell of marijuana from the last guest stuck with me. Every time the a/c kicked on, I thought someone was smoking a blunt. The bathroom was so funky that I was afraid to take a shower. The bed cover looked and felt like it had been on that bed since the 80s. The only plus was convenience to the interstate. I don't care if I'm falling asleep while driving. I'll keep going.
