They charged me for a safe in my room that I didn't use and didn't ask for. Just received another bill .
Best Super 8 I've ever stayed in and I travel a lot for work. My staff is friendly and efficient, the rooms are clean/comfortable, and the property is well taken care of....and uiet (yay). Close to you downtown and the airport. Overall a great value I will look for a room here first here anytime I'm in Austin.
The ho tel is clean and the beds are comfy Hannah at the front desk was so helpful
Great costumer service
Breakfast could be open a little bit later for travelers. Breakfast was very good though with a lot of choices. Towels were hit and miss with some in rough shape. Overall room was excellent very reasonable cost and staff was very good.
