We stayed with family and small children. The corridors smelled of cigarettes. The breakfast was terrible. The coffee cream was expired. There was hot water but no tea. From food only toasted bread and flakes with milk.
Great location, big room, clean. Pet friendly. BUT , if you're traveling with dogs there is no grass to walk dogs. They have replaced all grass with rock.
My family had the worst experience with this hotel. Two front desk employees were friendly, but hardly ever at the front desk. The manager harassed our children and watched our every move when it came to leaving and returning. We were on a non smoking floor, but the hotel reeked of marijuana and cigarettes. Breakfast was closed 15 minutes early while we were still eating. After leaving the hotel they charged additional fees that made no sense.
