If I could leave 0 stars I would both receptionist I dealt with were horribly rude. Never going to this trashy hotel again best part of the experience was leaving.

Please don’t stay here. There is a serious bed bug infestation, and every member of our family has been bitten. We have found evidence of bed bugs, and the situation is extremely concerning and uncomfortable. For everyone’s safety, I strongly recommend finding another place to stay until the issue has been professionally inspected and completely resolved. Please do not risk bringing the bed bugs with you, as they can easily spread to your luggage, clothing, and personal belongings and become very difficult to eliminate.

I called before arriving. I asked the man in the front desk if they had any rooms available. He didn't even bother checking immediately within seconds, he said no. I arrived at the front desk and told him I need a room. He said "one or two beds?" Really? Other than that room and Building where good. Not dirty or smelly. Just the customer service was not the best.

Laid down in the bed, and to my surprise the blankets were smelly and nasty. Immediately left and requested refund. The office receptionist Terrance told me he will tell Expedia, and he smelt that the nastiness from the blankets. When Expedia called him he switched it up. Coming in from out of state, and driving 10 hours, this is not something i want to deal with. The office reception LIED. The hotel was nasty, and does not care about cleanliness.
