Very rude staff at front desk. Offered no help carrying in belongings for a friend who was staying there. No cart etc to put her belongings in. Other guests came and helped us unload the car. No elevator. Rude Rude RUDE!!!!!!! He looked like a lazy person!!! No stars for this place. Not even one! 🤬
Does not know how to read the paperwork from travel sites and charges cards even when stated pay when arrive . Couldn't read the qoute as well seeing how they charged MORE than what qoute was with no explanation. Other than 48 to 72 hrs it will be returned. Horsecrap. Put my money back now. It can be done. I know for a fact . Poor customer relations .
Idk about the rooms but the owner is an asshole and doesn't know how to treat his employees! I will never stay there or recommend anyone to either!
Lobby has a musty odor to it so walked the hallways to see if it continued throughout the rest of the hotel & it didn't seem to even though there was an ionizer unit in first floor area. Room was clean & air worked fine, wifi sucks at best. One cup coffee pot in room had limited supplies, no elevator, moderately priced but not really a great value, average rating at best.
Nice place but was kinda disappointed when we had a late checkout and the front desk turned off the AC. Guess that's a good way to make someone leave.
