Filthy room, cigarette burns in blanket and sheets, poor WiFi, and disinterested staff. Would have expected better at the county jail.
Had to stop last night as there was a death in my family.3 am Extremely tired and ready for bed pull my blankets back and the cover on mattress looked as if it had blood stains on it . both beds. Neither had a fitted Sheet . both were made with top sheets only and we had a few snacks that we put in the fridge and as I pulled something out I was greeted by a cock roach . Reference number# 3851811 First hotel ever that I have called on and all thanks to the manager Debbie Leggit, this hotel has more bad reviews then good, I guess Super 8 doesn't care about their hotel in Beckley, if you read one of the reviews one person says the police enforcement even advised against staying there cuz of drugs. Debbie you hung up unprofessionally today and was very rude and even a employee said to my sister that they are ashamed to work there due to how you treated her, way to go.
