First, the staff and doctors are wonderful and kind. That's not the issue. But I wish I had gone literally anywhere else for cancer treatment. The "partnership" between Oswego Health and Upstate is a logistical nightmare. For whatever reason, even though my surgery was at the main Upstate campus and I've had more of my follow up appointments there than at Oswego, I don't get a patient navigator because they don't have on at Oswego, so I've been left to figure out and coordinate most things on my own which has been extremely ... read more
