Josh helped me with my physician loan and first home purchase. I could not have been happier with the experience. He is incredibly knowledgeable, hardworking and responds promptly. Josh is meticulous in his work and had all paperwork done well ahead of time to make sure closing was smooth and on time. I would definitely recommend him to family, friends and coworkers.
Josh is amazing. Our experience with our builder (Ashton Woods) was terrible but Josh kept everything in order. We had to go through 7 different closings due to issues (them not being done with the house even though they thought they were) and after each one he reassured us that everything was fine with our loan and rate lock. He went above and beyond to ensure that remained the case. You cannot go wrong with Josh as your loan officer. We hope to be in our home for a long time, but will be referring people to Josh for years.

Made the very detailed, complicated process of obtaining a loan as straight forward and simple as possible. Mr Feldman was always quick to respond to emails with detailed responses, and kept a complex process clear and simple. If I were to buy another home in the area, 100% I would be using Mr Feldman.
