Joshua Feldman is one of the best in the loan industry. Josh assisted my wife and I with a physician loan, and he came highly recommended by a few physician friends of mine. We did not have perfect credit and only wanted to put 10% down on the house, but Josh was able to assist us when many lenders expressed that a jumbo loan was not possible. I loved working with Josh. I had a bad experience with a prior lender who ended up dropping the ball, so I really wanted a lender whom I could trust--Josh instilled 100% confidence in the process for me. He was able to secure me a Physician Loan which was a great option that he provided. Fantastic experience using the physician loan to build a house in Charleston SC. Joshua Feldman had been highly recommended by friends who had a great experience with the same loan. He was professional and incredibly prompt (invariably calling within minutes of my emailing him), making the process as painless as possible. Josh did a great job in making sure my physician loan closed on time and without any problems. He made himself available for questions at all times and is a great communicator. I definitely recommend Josh if you are looking for a physician loan.

I had a great experience with Josh in getting a physician loan when moving to PA for residency. He was very friendly and very communicative throughout the process. Plus, I was able to close on the home within 30 days which was so great for getting moved before starting. Couldn't have had a better experience!

Josh did an amazing job in getting us our physician loan. He was available at all times to explain everything. Heck he even spent time speaking to us while at a huge March Madness game in town! He made the experience easy and convenient, a huge plus for busy training physicians!
