Josh was a great lender. As a first time home buyer, the amount of paperwork can be overwhelming and daunting, especially as a fourth-year medical student! Josh was always available to call (even after normal banking hours!) And work with us to get our physician loan. He even coordinated with my husband and mother when I was out of the country! Josh and his team made the process of getting a physician loan very easy and was extremely helpful throughout the whole loan process.
