Suntrup *** messed up our loans and have not returned any of my calls. I had traded in my car and used that for the deposit of my car and was told a different loan amount but come to find out by the loan agency thats its doubled and NOT what was discussed with **. I have called them multiple times, left numerous voicemails requesting a call back yet NO REPLY! And I was told by the dealership at the time that I would get additional documents mailed to me but never received anything. THIS IS A SCAM! Stay away from this dealers... read more

Your purchase price was $24085, you received $12,500 on your trade value, if your vehicle had a free and clear title, then your price difference before any adds would be $11585, since your vehicle had a loan balance that needs to be paid off then the $9488 has to be included in the loan. I had appt Scheduled for 10am. I arrived at 9:45am and they asked what my name was. ****** got my name. She stated that she did not see my appt. and they inform it would be half the day for your car to be serviced, I waited two hours and they still did not work on my car. Then someone else pulled up my appt that was actually scheduled and they advised me that I would have to come back the next day. We took our Sorrento in for a new transmission ****** in service stated it would take 5 days it took 4 weeks. We picked the suv up only to find it had a cracked windshield. The service manager also named ****** had us bring it back and he was a complete ****. He stated that it was from a rock chip that was already there when we brought it there but I rode in the passenger seat that day and there was no chip. He basically called us liars. They are so short staffed they cant function as a service so do NOT buy from them. They dont care about their customers. They treat all maintenance services as the same priority as an oil change even ones that are *** malfunctions. So if your *** malfunctions and it will, they will not be bothered to fix it.

Purchased a used vehicle payed $30.000 dollar's a/c did not work! it was cold at time of finding out so called them and basically told us to get lost DO NOT BUY FROM ANY OF THEM VERY POOR SERVICE!!

I was looking on the Suntrup Kia South website and cars.com to find a new 2022 Kia **** and saw they had Stock #****** advertised for $20,515. I asked the online assistant to have someone contact me about buying. While I was waiting for a call back I used their trade in valuator on the website and it gave me an average condition value of $22,375 on my 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan GT with 44k.
