If I could leave a 0 star review I would. This is the worst place. I dropped my car off today at 7:40am just for a oil change that I scheduled 3 weeks ago. I was promised that I would have my car back by 2pm or 3pm at the latest today. I just got a call at 3:28pm stating they haven't even started on my vehicle. This is going to leave me stranded. I am so sorry for your recent experience. Since 2020 our Appointment scheduling has changed.We only take a certain amount of " wait" appointments. All others are times to see a advisor and drop off your vehicle. Your appointment was a drop off for 8:20. It sounds like someone assumed it would be done by 2:30. We can not make these assumptions. As others here have reported, the service team a Suntrup *** seems to be prone to sloppy, unprofessional work. In early August of 2022, the button on my ***'s driver-side handle stopped working. The car was still under warranty, so I took it to Suntrup for a replacement. The initial visit went fine, but ****** *. told us he needed to order a part and would be in touch in 'a week or so'. If I could, I would leave a negative reviewnumber. I bought a new 2024 Kia ******** and paid for a service package along with a extended warranty. First the wouldn't honor the ceramic coating ( they eventually did after I called my attorney ). Now the horn won't work and they want me to leave the van and not give me a loner witch was included in the extended service plan. I was told by others that this place service department was bad but OMG. Don't buy from them if you want good service! Shame on them.

Scheduled appointment over 3 weeks ago so it could be done first thing 7am. It was for a recall, first step is an inspection of the **** then order part, they sat on car for over 1.5 hours and did absolutely nothing, parked car in the wait-forever dirt lot. Went to a different dealer, took 20 minutes did not have to wait 3 weeks for appointment. This dealer was unable to answer my hybrid questions, also they only had a few techs that could work on a hybrid could explain 3 wk wait for a 7am appointment. There is no excuse for... read more

If I could give 0 I would. The service manager was unacceptably rude and condescending. I asked for help with a vehicle I had bought less than a year ago actually 5 weeks prior the first time I brought it back in for burning a minimum 2 quarts of oil every 500 miles ( weekly for me ) They said they were not able to help me because my car was over ****** miles. I informed them i just bought this car and got an oil change and Im still running out of oil one month into my oils changes. That is something wrong with the car I ask... read more

Mr.. ********* are sorry for your experience. You came in 9/12/2023 . 7 months and ****** miles after your last visit.The visit was for an oil change and concern of leaking/burning oil. We addressed the leak and started an oil consumption test. (bring vehicle in 3 times every **** miles for us to ck oil) The next visit it was towed in and had a multiple cylinder misfire. I have been dealing with an engine failure on a 2015 ************ for almost six months and just paid off the vehicle IN FULL when my engine failed. One year before my engine failed this dealership told me "The engine is not knocking loud enough." I have heard this so many times its ridiculous. Not surprised it's a 1 out of 5. That's my experience too. Nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get a service person to answer the phone or return calls. Then when they do, rude service. Someone on here stated their frustration with the staff and that his response was "good" and that was my experience too. I guess good for them they get so much business they don't have to retain customers, but it's just sad when your experience is so horrible and they don't care.
