Disappointing that you do not accept Tricare insurance, in turn, not supporting the health of the military and their families.
Patient there for years. It has gone downhill, to the point i have changed practice. Doctor was good, but trying to speak with anyone forget it. Try to book an appt and you are looking at three or four weeks unless you want to see a nurse which has not worked out well. Enough is enough. Look elsewhere.!
This has went completely down hill. They will let you wait for hours to get normal injections! Started 2 months ago and is absolutely the most horrible place to go for medical treatment!
Trying to make an appointment or reschedule is an all day affair. First one has to by pass the BOT, which keeps asking questions. Once transferred to the living souls, the line rings for an eternity. Last week, I had to call to cancel one of my appointments, and schedule a different procedure.
