I rarely leave bad reviews unless it’s just been a horrible experience. I am a tanning salon owner and put in a service request to this company for a bed repair over a month ago online as well as made numerous calls to them. As of yet I still haven’t received a callback. Very unprofessional! There aren’t many tanning bed repair services out there so they think they can treat their customers however they want. If anyone has a good recommendation on a bed repair service please share as I am on the search.
