This location has some of the best instructors. Always positive and ready to answer questions. Everyone is super friendly. I've been going for almost two years now and I can't imagine not having them in my life.
Wonderful studio where one can feel physically stronger and mentally lighter.
First time to yoga flow was tough but we made it ! It was challenging but will be back for sure! �
