I have not practiced yoga regularly for a couple of years,devoting most of my exercise time to a gym program.But feeling particularly in need of it Saturday I took the last class at Sunstone Saturday.It was incredible .
This studio has been amazing. The teachers are great and the variety of classes keeps it interesting each week. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to challenge themselves and their current workout routine.
