Exceptional experience, amazing people, very kind, hands down most amazing customer service i have experienced in a decade. These people embody the definition of what customer service should he everywhere. Every person I have interacted with was kind and friendly. They went above and beyond to help us try to figure out a lighting issue, everyone there stepped in to try to help. Just amazing place I highly recommend them! Have never had a bad experience with them. They just go above and beyond in every point of contact.
I first rented from Sunstate because of the generous one rental for a whole week end of use when I did a basement addition to my house twenty years ago. I was happy to discover the same arrangement today and I have been thrilled with the unsurpassed customer service delivered by Dave Johnston along with the red carpet terms and conditions given to our non-profit. The equipment worked perfectly. Dave even up graded one piece when the original "sold" out.
