My parents are aging and we just had a health scare. Therefore we are taking a several month trip and going to 3 areas of the east coast to enjoy LIFE together as a family. Very unprofessional company. They told us our rental area would probably be closed and would be a waste of time if we came so we cancelled. They still kept half of our deposit even though they told us they would not. Upon asking them why I only got half back they said it was because I canceled. Sounds to me like they're just hustling people for money renters beware there's too many good American loving companies out there to help you with your vacation needs. Don't use this one they will rip you off.
