This company uses dividend finance for their solar loans. Dividend finance should be avoided at all costs. I purchased my home and did a loan transfer from dividend finance. The process was bumpy, but I was able to transfer the loan. Now i'm selling my home and dividend.Finance will not transfer the loan. It has cost me the sale of my home. Not only did the install crew drill holes directly through our roof but proceeded to curse at each other ultimately stopping work. For two years I've been waiting on a claim #1155236 to fix the major leak. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS GROUP. NIGHTMARE
