Moved out recently due to roach problem being so consistent. To their defense they were timely in coming to spray, but the extent of treatment I went through for roaches and for them to still be as apparent as they were (my apartment was always clean) I came in to the office and the first thing they said was I could just break my lease. They automatically keep about 350$ from your deposit as well so don’t plan on getting all of it back no matter what condition your unit is in at move out time. Moved in last October. Negative reviews are true, and At Home Realty (property management) won't enforce their own lease or fix the problems. Worst for me is they allow smoking in the buildings even though they advertise as a no smoking property. Your unit WILL BE filled with cigarette and marijuana smoke, plus whatever other drugs neighbors are smoking at all times day and night. Trying to get ahold of the office but disconnected
I can’t wait to move out. Neighbors are so loud. Get hardly any sleep. Entire building reeks of weed all the time. Neighbors come home with musics blaring at all hours. And the cops are here at least once a month.
