Moved in last October. Negative reviews are true, and At Home Realty (property management) won't enforce their own lease or fix the problems. Worst for me is they allow smoking in the buildings even though they advertise as a no smoking property. Your unit WILL BE filled with cigarette and marijuana smoke, plus whatever other drugs neighbors are smoking at all times day and night. Trying to get ahold of the office but disconnected
I can’t wait to move out. Neighbors are so loud. Get hardly any sleep. Entire building reeks of weed all the time. Neighbors come home with musics blaring at all hours. And the cops are here at least once a month.
didn't see any signs of roaches
As others have said, ceilings and walls are very thin. If you have an upstairs neighbor, you'll know where they are in their apartment at all times (noise cancelling headphones, even the best ones, are useless for this). There is a pest problem, no matter how careful you are about food storage and trash. Cable for tv/internet runs on the outside of the buildings, exposed, so anyone can disconnect cables whenever they'd like. Bottom line: if you enjoy quiet and peace of mind, look elsewhere.
