Worst healthcare plan on the market. Will let the client be overcharged and abused.
Hidden cost and charges. Dont get the plan as its written. Every other insurance I have ever had was as it was written. My usual visit to a Derm every year with other insurance companies usually cost me $40 to $100. Sunshine plan said $60 copay for Derm. It cost me over $600 for same services I get every year. Stay away
Sunshine insurance is the worst insurance I ever saw. None of them care. The government needs to do something about it. Specifically the case manager.
Awful! Why change my PCP out of the blue, before an important appointment? Only for the new PCP to be for children? It is not right whatsoever! It has caused me a lot of wasted hours getting all this mess cleared up, then on top of that changing my birthday back to the wrong year after it was fixed? It is like someone went in and randmoly reste everything. Terrible.

I’m writing this review because I think this insurance company sure not be in this country. This is absolutely bullying to a patients and families. But no only the company also that people who works for this company. I’m asking my self if this people don’t have family and needs. How can people work for a health insurance whose are stilling the money from a Medicaid and government that provides this for who needs help?
