Terrible communication and not looking out dmfor their clients best interest. I made an all cash offer on a distressed property( I rehab and flip) and my agent kept trying to reach the listing agent with no luck. The next day my agent was trying to reach out when the property was updated as pending. Sure I did a lowball offer, but she didnt even try to negotiate with my agent. My realtor, Cara, was amazing. She really listened to me and knew what I was looking for and was a great help when trying to sell my home. Although in the end I chose to stay in my current home and fix it up I would highly recommend her services in the future.
