One star is way too much for Dr. Hendizadeh. If there was an option for 0 or less, that would still be too generous. The first red flag was when she claimed she needed more time to complete her $800 initial consult making the initial consult actually cost me $1200. Dr. Douek is terrific. She's attentive and responsive. Plus she has a terrific assistant, Michelle.
Very disappointed from Dr. Douek service and customer service.
Dr. Douek is amazingly professional. Her knowledge base is quite impressive and the scales and techniques that she uses to further evaluate her cases are up to date and valid. She always has a smile on her face as well!
