Very disappointed. Scheduled an appointment to have our roof, back travertine lanai and screen cage enclosure cleaned. Amy scheduled us a week out at their first availability. We prepared for them by removing all the items from the lanai for the Saturday morning scheduled. They never called or showed up. Left a message inquiring, and they never returned the call.
