RecommendedWonderful first time experience with them! Friendly and accommodating staff, and we had a very nice first well visit!
We always have good experiences with the staff. They are very nice and willing to accommodate us when our little one is sick for same day appointment.

My wife and I love the nurses and the doctor, but I just got off The with Ashley who scolded me talking to me like I was a 6yr old because we haven't been in "wellness visits ". If they have so many clients that she thinks she can talk to the doctor's clients like that, I do believe it won't be long before he doesn't have so many clients. We love Dr Rich and his staff...my son has been going there since he was 2 months old, he is 7 now. Amazing care!!
Dr. Rich and his staff are by far the best office in Central Florida.... bar none! My family and I live in Miami and we travel back and forth to see Dr. Rich for our children’s wellness visits. If I need to speak with a nurse I will get a response very quickly. Liz is absolutely amazing! I just asked for a letter for an emotional support dog for my daughter who is diagnosed with autism and without any trouble one was written by Ashley and signed off by Dr. Rich.
