Horrible experience, very unprofessional
My name is Ciara k*** I Went to Ridgeway terrace on Thursday. The people were so nice and friendly. The apartment was clean and all the tenants said the apartment complex was clean and quiet. I don't go off bad reviews. I just hope I get approved. Fingers cross
customer service horrible. I was reject rejected due to no line of credit but i have two credit cards and a student loan im paying on in good standing.
The Sunshine Corporation has no compassion for its tenants nor any concern for their safety. They have no security cameras installed when they know there have been thefts in the area. After 4 tires and rims were stolen from my daughter's car at her place of residence, I was told "after all we do live in Memphis," as if we are not expected to be safe. Sunshine Corporation has a 30 year track record of managing properties throughout the Memphis area. Unfortunately crime in Memphis has increased and no apartment is immune. Sunshine Corporation works diligently with local police forces as well as contracts with security companies for additional support at a signficant cost to the company. We find your comments to be untrue and inappropriate.
wouldn't recommend these apartments to my worse enemy. The management staff is RUDE and disrespectful. Sunshine Corporation is a money hungry company that doesn't care about the residents. The apartments are very outdated and the rent is going up. It's honestly a waste of money. They will tell you the apartments come with alarms to get you to move in, but the alarms don't work. Between November 10th-15th, 8 apartments was broken into and they didn't send out notices until November 16th. I was at work on November 15th when I ... read more
Just received a letter for erroneous charges for so called "over and above" wear and tear of a unit I rented for nearly four years. I'm so glad I recorded the exact condition of the unit and took detailed photos before I moved in and after I vacated the unit. I will dispute this and if needed... see you in court. Based off the other complaints similar to mines this seems to be a widely practiced tactic to get more money from former tenets. If giving less than 1 star was an option, I would. Speaking from a property management point of view, Sunshine Corporation is the most unprofessional team that I have had the displeasure of communicating with. I have been hung up on, put on hold for more than 15 minutes, and been talked to in a snarky, distasteful manner countless times. Most recently, when THEIR fax machine was broken for over a WEEK, according to what I was told, my numerous requests for a simple rental verification have not been completed.
