I recently tried to set an appointment with ******************** (************************, Memphis, TN 38134) to view some units in lieu of moving. I called several times. No one answered the phone. I drive there and the leasing office is closed, but I notice two woman coming out from another building. I ask if the leasing office is open. They respond with "Did you make an appointment?" Do not rent under this corporation! They cheated me out of $200. I referred my brother and his girlfriend to my apartment complex. They moved into the apartment in July. I was entitled to a $200 credit on my rent for September. In August, someone picked the lock and entered my apartment while I was in there. I moved out the next day because the man had been stalking me and he stole my car keys. I informed the corporation of what happened and gave them the police report. I haven't been approved or denied yet but Miss Leslie at The Glen Townhomes is a very sweet and professional person. She made me feel at home even tho I'm not home yet. Very patient person and very helpful. I would love to even work for her because of her personality. We need more people like her all over Memphis to teach good customer service
Sunshine Cooperation is horrible!!! The worst experience I have ever encountered! They apartments are outdated and they have the nerve to charge an arm and a leg! The entire company is unprofessional and my experience with them was very unpleasant!

I would like to leave a review of Sunshine Corporation during this COVID-19 pandemic. I have a lot of trouble with Sunshine Corp because they do not focus or empathy for the residents and making their day-to-day life a little easier. Having to go to the local office for everything is a hassle, and the main person on the lease has to take care of everything. I had a leak in my bathroom for 4 months because they couldn't figure out how to fix it. Every time it rained it would rain in my 2nd bedroom again for 2 months because they couldnt figure out the issue. I was late paying my rent 3 times because they do not have a convenient way for the tenanta to pay their rent and was served with an eviction notice. This has been the worst experience renting from Sunshine Corporation. Would not recommend renting from this company.

We pride ourselves on many aspects of our property management but maintenance is something in particular that we have built a sterling reputation around for over 30 years. With regards to your complaint about a convenient way to pay rent, we offer any multitude of ways to pay rent including via mail, dropbox, or even online via ClickPay for those tenants whose accounts are not delinquent.
This place is a disgrace. My friend was robbed at gun point and when she went to discuss possible security being upgraded. They basically laughed in her face! There are hidden fees you do not know about. The staff is rude and maintenance comes when they want to. Things are been stolen out of people apartments by maintenance. This place is unsafe and is not kid friendly at all. The tenants deserves better.
This has got to be the worse company im Memphis to rent from...ive has to pay late fees twice eventhough i pay on the 3rd...and a 7 day grace period...if they process your payment after that grace period its your fault..75.00 you owe...
This has got to be the leader in Slum lords in Memphis. Think long and hard before you rent from any sunshine Corp properties. It might seem appealing with the no deposit. but the owners of these properties are Lawyers and will not think twice about suing you for what ever. Do not ever get a clogged toilet.. and it not be your fault( no trouble found) they WILL bill you to bring a shop vac. in into your apt to suck up all the water (so if you do get clogs get your own from a friend or something) it will be a lot cheaper.
