Dylan was amazing we went for my wife to get a car the one we wanted we didn’t think we could afford so was there to look at other options even though they were short staffed Dylan constantly checked in with us and even got us to a number on our car that we really wanted and got us taken care of. Will definitely be back when it’s time for me for a new truck and of course Dylan will be our salesperson.!
After driving four hours one way to Sunshine Chevrolet in Arden, NC to see a High Country Suburban we were told was in immaculate condition, our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. As soon as we opened our car doors, we were met by a salesperson—not with a welcome, water, or even the offer of a restroom after a long drive—but with a sense of urgency and comments about needing to hurry because the dealership closed at 5:00 and it was already 3:30. Continued to receive exceptional service when I brought my car for oil change and tire rotation maintenance for 9 years straight.
