There ready and willing to help any way they can and very friendly
We came in from Pittsburgh and had an issue with our truck. We showed up at Sunshine Chevrolet on a friday afternoon not knowing what to do. Sergio and the mechanics were amazing! They assured us we would be safe until we could bring the truck in on Monday morning. When we brought it back they were so kind and fixed it that day!!! They all treated us so well and not only saved our trip but made it possible to get back home!!!! Thank you so much for your kindness and EXCELLENT service!
What kind of dealership would do this to a customer.?? And act like they had nothing to do with the situation whatsoever.. what could be done to fix this type of situation.??
Synopsis: this dealership is willing to sell unsafe cars even when confronted. When we showed up, firstly no one greeted us in the lot. We stopped by the vehicle we were interested in before heading inside. Keep in mind the description said that there was no damage or accidents. The salesman also assured us that it passed inspection.
