Marty Sayegh, the business owner and technician, was highly unprofessional. First of all, he was unable to keep our original appointment, therefore causing me an inconvenience to reschedule and coordinate. Second, he was hired to clean the upholstery on my sectional for a price we agreed upon, however once he "completed" the job he wanted to charge me $50 more. Sunshine Carpet Cleaning was the only company that was able to make the carpet in my house look brand new. Marty saved me time & money!
Dont use Sunshine Carpet Cleaners! Owner Marty was rude & unprofessional. Was 1.5 hours late, no call to let me know, did 4 rooms in 45 minutes, carpets were soaking wet, took 2 days to dry, stains still visible, and it smells! They try to hide behind their BBB rating, but don't let that fool you, this company is not worthy!
