I use old republic for my home warranty company and I had issues with my air-conditioning unit, They assigned sunshine air-conditioning to diagnose the problem, Sunshine AC was very professional they showed up on time they did not try to sell me a New unit, Turned out it was a loose low-voltage wire and was an easy fix labor only which is covered by my home warranty.. I have Old Republic Home Warranty and they dispatched Sunshine air conditioning company to my house. I was very impressed with the technician unfortunately I did not get his name but he was a great guy. This was back in July of 2025. I thought I had left them a review but I had not so I wanted to come back on here and give them a five-star review. Even though it's from about a year ago but they still deserve a five-star review. You can tell immediately that they are incredibly knowledgeable in their field, but what I loved most was how honest and fair they are in how they operate.
