Mark Perfetto made my car shopping experience stress-free and a pleasant one. I never felt pushed or talked into anything that I didn't want. The service department has always been pleasant and very customer-oriented. This was my first fun car buying experience. Traded in a 2007 VW Beetle Convertible for the 2016. Who knows, in 3 years I might just be back for another VW!
Very pleased! I brought my 2012 CC in for the 40k service and 2 recall items. I did not buy my car there but they gave me a free loaner car. I was very happy with the entire experience
Terrible dealer! They take advantage of you! Paid a $35 service fee (unknown part)-was told it is a fee everyone pays. It's for disposal of (in my instance) a seal from my tire. Really? I was charged for 2.10 hours of LABOR and the car and I weren't even there for that amount of time. There excuse You approved the estimate($) they said it was going to be to fix-not the actual time it took to fix. COMPLETE BULLSHIT! I will call 8 on your side tomorrow-Let them take at look at it! I absolutely ❤️ Suncoast VW! I bought a VW Jetta in 2009 and recently leased a new VW Tiguan! My salesman Marcus is friendly and makes the buying/leasing process easy and fun! Ken my service specialist is fantastic and knowledgable. Ken always has my busy daily schedule in mind when I call to service my VW's, I am a busy Mom and full time nurse...nice that there is always a new VW for me to drive off and finish my day when they are servicing my car.
