I highly recommend this dealership. This is the second time I have leased from Sunset, and had the pleasure of working with Marcus K. once again. He is extremely professional and thorough, and makes the leasing experience so simple and stress-free. I also worked with Samantha in the finance department and am thankful to her for her patience and willingness to explain anything to me that I did not understand. Her personality and professionalism are an asset to your company.
Anna in the service department is awesome! I accidentally booked an oil change at another location thinking it was here... I was greeted and accepted into the schedule for the day with no hesitation! Great customer service!
If I can give them a -100 I would. They are shady at the least. I put a deposit down on a pre owned vehicle, booked flights to go pick up the car, only to be told through a text that they are not selling me the vehicle. Mark Cobb and Cranston Scott you guys should not be on this business. Your words have no merit, no value, and no hold no meaning. I will continue writing 1 star reviews about the horrendous situation you guys put me through.

My 24 year old daughter went into this dealership to purchase a car. They verbally agreed on a deal, but they didn’t include everything in the contract. Shame on you for taking advantage of a young lady. I thought those days were behind us of unscrupulous salesman. Obviously not! Beware young ladies, they will try to take advantage.
