I lived in this property about 10 years ago. It was fine - though I see that it's going WAY down since then.... Last year - 9 years after move out - Windsor Communities took over $3000 out of my bank account without warning or authorization. Windsor has admitted that I didn't owe them any money and that the withdrawal was not authorized BUT HAS REFUSED TO REPAY THE MONEY.
