Saved My Life – Recently I was under unusual stress and found myself blacked out in my bathroom in the middle of the night. I called Dr. Kwaw as he was familiar with my medical history and after reporting what happened he called a prescription promptly to a local pharmacy where a friend picked it up for me. Good in a pinch – I've never had any problems at this place. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see a doctor, which is pretty phenomenal. I've only gone there with colds, coughs, and sore throats as I don't have a set general practitioner, but the doctors have always been friendly and helpful and have even given me samples of OTC meds when they thought it would help. The front desk staff is less than sunshiney, but oh well.

Very unprofessional center – This urgent care center is the private practice office of Dr. Kwaw who is very unprofessional. First of all, he kept answering his cell phone calls while he was examining me while I was in severe pain. I was then asked for a urine sample and the sink in the bathroom wasn't even running with water. Hence I couldn't even wash my own hands. How can the doctor wash his hands with no running water???
