I called into to this clinic and the front desk person was so incredibly rude, I feel disheartened. When I first called I had asked how she was doing and her she raised her voice and said “what can I help you with.” I decided to let it go and continue seeking assistance with this process. The doctor is never there. When I went there at 3pm, the receptionist told me he had already left for the day. Next day I go at 10am, and she tells me the doctor won’t come until the afternoon. What a joke.
Recently had a very unpleasant experience. Dislocated my shoulder at a near by beach and had arrived at the clinic in the middle of their operating hours only to be told that they could not help me. Not only was there not doctor on site, the receptionist was not helpful and actually caused more panic by yelling and being very unprofessional. She gave no sound advice as to how to help me and it seemed as if this was the first time someone with an urgent emergency had actually walked into the clinic. Would not recommend if you... read more
