I loved my...visit i am medical assistant 18 years back ground....and and instructor i was impress. ...the facility was clean...thanks all
the precautions were poorly met. There wasn't any film barriers properly placed on equipment. Instruments wernt properly handled , causing cross- contamination. One assistant took the air water syringe piece off and handed it to the dentist and the dentist without gloves placed it on his chair side syringe to use it on me. I had to ask the dentist for protective glasswear. The dentist used the handleheadlight that didn't have film barrier, spreading bacteria. This office is improperly handled with it comes to PPE.
I never received the antibiotics, mouthwash,or the opportunity to purchase the kit w/electric toothbrush that I was told I could get. I found out from my pharmacist that you could call in Tylenol 3 over the phone and your office said you could not. I was told you do not prescribe pain relievers, yet you want to do 2 extractions. I couldn't possibly go through that without pain relievers. Any dentist can write prescriptions for percocet or other pain relievers on a hard copy or printer. All parties involved were perfect in friendliness and professionalism. I could not be happier with this team.
My appointment was at 3:30pm get there at 3:15pm, I finally stood up at 4:47pm and said my appointment is was at 3:30pm, They were calling everyone else that came after me...unbelievable
