I took a tour of the property and Ms Jillian was very friendly and answered all my questions. The property was well maintained and the apartment was super nice and affordable.
I have lived at Sunset Rill Apartments for five years and I have enjoyed it. The property Manager Ms. Danielle and the assistant property manager Mrs. Juliana are beyond helpful they go out of their way to make sure the residents are taken care of. They took time to put together a very nice Christmas party for the residents, something we never had at Sunset before they came. I appreciate both of them. The Real OWNERS or someone ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP NEEDS TO DO A. REAL INVESTIGATION. Get out and interview some tenants who have lived there a while. Lived there and still have a friend who lives there. They have gone through property managers and when you thought better had come. Wrong. Look elsewhere. You will be mad that you even signed the lease contract because the parking is absurd and management does not care about you not having a parking spot even though you live there.
