Needs a lot work and rent is expensive for what you get
One of the worst apartments in Knoxville I've ever been to. There have been numerous leaks and sewage problems, with no one to come and fix them. I was getting my stuff moved in while getting signed onto a lease back in June, and the property manager Gail let someone break in and throw away my belongings. While trying to gather my stuff from the dumpster, she called Waste Management to have them dump everything while I my back was turned. I have lived here for years and have never seen a clubhouse that was advertised the pool is never open when it’s supposed to. The manager Gail passed out ridiculous notices. 1 being she can go through peoples mail. She has never been nice not once to me or my loved ones. When asked why rent went up over 200. She stated if we did not like it, we could leave there are plenty of people waiting.
